South Devon Towbars is a family business based at Motorquip in Newton Abbot, Devon. We offer personal service, with over 15 years of towbar-fitting experience and 50 years of combined experience in the motor trade.

Our workshop serves customers from Newton Abbot, Kingsteignton, Torquay, Paignton, Chudleigh, Bovey Tracey, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh and Totnes, as well as the wider Torbay, Teignbridge and Devon area.

- We select the wiring kit to suit your vehicle and towing needs, and check any coding requirements before fitting.

- We require dedicated electrics for vehicles five years old or newer, and for any vehicle still covered by its manufacturer's warranty.

- We confirm your fitting price in advance. If additional work is needed, we will contact you to discuss the cost before proceeding.

We only offer fitting in our dedicated workshop due to the complexity of the electrics, tools that are required and the protection the workshop offers to your vehicle.

You are welcome to drop your vehicle off the evening before.
